7 officials involved in the case of illegal land appropriation were dismissed from the Kyiv City State Administration

Seven high-ranking officials have been dismissed from the Kyiv city state administration, who are involved in the case of illegal acquisition of land plots in the capital. About this reported Mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko.

The deputy head of the KMDA, Petr Olenych, the deputy head of Kyivblagoustriy KP Oleksiy Mushta, and the deputy director of Spetszhitlofond Yuriy Leonov were dismissed from their posts. Deputy of the Kyiv City Council and head of the Land Commission Mykhailo Terentiev also lost his position as director of the KP “Engineering Center”, and the “UDAR” party has already started the procedure to revoke his mandate in the Kyiv City Council.

In addition, Ihor Dolynskyi, director of the “Kyiv Institute of Land Relations” KP, Volodymyr Shariy, director of the “Spetszhitlofond” KP, and Valentina Sviatyna, deputy director of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture, were dismissed.

Viktor Pogrebnyi, head of the KP “Financial Company “Zhytloinvest” is currently on sick leave. According to the mayor, after returning to his duties, he will also be fired.

We will remind that the law enforcement authorities suspect the former deputy of the Kyiv City Council, Denys Komarnytskyi, of organizing and managing a criminal group that was involved in the illegal acquisition of Kyiv land. Deputy head of the KMDA Petro Olenych, deputies of the Kyiv City Council Mykhailo Terentiev and Olena Marchenko are also involved in this case.
