France has resumed fuel supplies to Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters

France has resumed the supply of aviation kerosene for the fighters of the Armed Forces. The batch of fuel, the value of which is estimated at 85 million hryvnias, has already crossed the Ukrainian border. About this reported press service of the Ministry of Defense.
The delivery was made possible thanks to the work of the Department of Monitoring International Military Aid of the Ministry of Defense.
“His specialists, in cooperation with the command of the Logistics Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, worked out the necessary list of documents, confirmed the receipt of preliminary volumes of aviation fuel and the actual need to provide a fleet of fighter jets as part of the units of the Defense Forces”, the message says.
As a result of these measures, France resumed the supply of high-quality aviation fuel, the volume of which will be sufficient for a long period of operation of Ukrainian fighter jets.
We will remind that in August 2024, the Ministry of Defense discovered more than 17 tons of low-quality fuel and lubricant materials that were supplied to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Their total cost was UAH 1.6 million.
Specialists of the Central Department of Quality Control of the Ministry of Defense conducted laboratory tests of more than 400 samples of fuel and lubricants, including automobile gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, lubricants and special liquids.
