Motor Bank and Vinnytsia Aviation Plant became state property
The property of Vyacheslav Boguslaev and Pyotr Kononenko was transferred to the State Property Fund.

The confiscated assets of Vyacheslav Boguslaev, former president of the Motor Sich plant, and Petro Kononenko, general director of the Russian company Borysfen and ex-director of the Moscow representative office of AT Motor Sich, were transferred to the State Property Fund. This was reported by the press service of the FSMU on July 31.
Among Boguslaev’s assets, charged to state income, there are shares or 100% in the following companies:
- LLC “Zolota Aystra”,
- TDV “Insurance company “Motor-Garant”,
- LLC “Vinnytsia Aviation Plant”,
- LLC “Helicopters of MSB”,
- JSC “Motor-Bank”,
- PJSC “Azov Trade-XXI”.
All real estate and land plots of these companies are located in Zaporizhzhia and the region.
Shares of companies owned by Kononenko include:
- LLC “Zhekon”,
- LLC “Prospectiva-High Technologies”,
- PrAT “Promzapal”.
In addition, Vyacheslav Boguslaev’s money was collected from state income. This is more than UAH 554 million placed in accounts at JSC “Motor-Bank” and 79.5 million UAH in accounts at JSC “PUMB”.
The head of the FDMU, Vitaliy Koval, clarified: “The FDMU is transferring over 600 million hryvnia equivalents to the Fund for the Liquidation of the Consequences of Armed Aggression. Of these, 287.3 million hryvnias have already been transferred.”
The State Property Fund will now conduct an analysis of the presence of seizures, their subsequent removal, an inventory with photo-fixation and re-registration of assets to the state on behalf of the Fund.
At the end of October 2022, Vyacheslav Boguslaev was informed of suspicion under Art. 111-1 (collaborative activity) and Art. 111-2 (aid to an aggressor state), for which he faces up to 15 years in prison. The investigation established that Motor Sich sold aircraft engines for Russian military helicopters even after February 24, 2022. These engines were found in downed Russian helicopters.
In February 2023, it became known that Boguslaev was also charged with facilitating terrorist activities (Article 258-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) due to the operation of the company’s branch in Snizhny during the occupation.
