Keith Kellogg, the US President’s Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia, believes that the chances of returning nuclear weapons to Ukraine are extremely low. About this informs Fox News.
“The probability that Ukraine will get back its nuclear weapons is somewhere between small and zero. Let’s be honest, we know that’s not going to happen.” Kellogg emphasized.
In his opinion, such an idea is “doomed to failure” and urged to approach such proposals from the position of common sense.
