Among the categories of those we are returning now are the wounded and seriously wounded, as well as those under 25 years of age. The process is quite complicated, there are many sensitive details, negotiations continue practically every day.”, – said Zelensky.

According to him, the Ukrainian side expects full implementation of the agreements on humanitarian issues reached during the meeting in Istanbul.

“We are doing our best to bring everyone back. We are working for this at all levels”, the president added.

Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets clarified, that today it was possible to return to the Motherland servicemen under the age of 25, mostly born in 2000. Among them are soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the State Border Guard Service, the National Guard and Teroborona.
