Кабмин расширил перечень лекарственных средств, которые будут централизованно закупаться Минздравом
On March 18, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine expanded the list of medicines, medical devices and auxiliary means for them, which will be purchased centrally by the state enterprise «Medical Procurement of Ukraine» (MZU) from the state budget on the order of the Ministry of Health. In 2025, the list of centralized purchases includes stent systems for implantation in aneurysms of the thoracic aorta (TEVAR) and abdominal aorta (EVAR). The purchase of these stent systems will allow for the wider implementation of modern minimally invasive methods of treating cardiovascular diseases, in particular, endovascular prosthetics, which is one of the most progressive, safe and effective methods of treating aortic aneurysms.
The use of such technologies makes it possible to significantly reduce the volume of surgical intervention, minimize the risks of complications, shorten the rehabilitation period and significantly reduce the probability of premature death.
Also, in 2025, the financing and procurement mechanism for the vaccine for the prevention of tuberculosis and skin allografts will be changed. From now on, they will be purchased by the state enterprise «Medical Procurement of Ukraine» within the budget program KPKVK 2301400 «Provision of medical measures of individual state programs and complex programmatic measures».
Vaccines for the prevention of tuberculosis are extremely important in the fight against infectious diseases, as tuberculosis remains a major challenge for the health care system. Providing the population with a high-quality vaccine will help reduce the incidence and spread of this disease.
