The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the list of goods donated as part of charitable assistance, which will not be considered as taxable income. The relevant document made public people’s deputy Oleksiy Honcharenko.
«The government has determined the list of goods for charitable assistance, which are not included in the taxable income of taxpayers on the income of natural persons», — the message says.
According to the published document, the list includes batteries, heaters, various construction materials, as well as drones, electronic warfare equipment and body armor.
We will remind that earlier the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the draft law on transportation under martial law. The law allows the use of vehicles received as humanitarian aid for passenger transport without recognizing this as a profit-making activity.
