The ministry also emphasized that CENIPA has the necessary technical capabilities, modern equipment and a certified laboratory, which allows for high-quality reading and analysis of information from flight recorders.

Ведомство напомнило, что в соответствии со стандартами приложения 13 Чикагской конвенции о международной гражданской авиации, государство, проводящее расследование, отвечает за считывание данных с бортовых самописцев и выбор страны, которая должна выполнить эту процедуру.
«На основании указанного документа, а также с учетом рекомендации ИКАО и проведенных консультаций с авиационными властями Азербайджана и России, комиссия по расследованию авиационного события приняла решение о направлении бортовых самописцев (черных ящиков) в Центр расследования и предотвращения авиационных событий Бразилии (CENIPA)» также является страной – производителем воздушного судна Embraer», – говорится в сообщении.
В министерстве также подчеркнули, что CENIPA владеет необходимыми техническими возможностями, современным оборудованием и сертифицированной лабораторией, что позволяет обеспечить качественное считывание и анализ информации с бортовых самописцев.
