The Ministry of Defense, responding to discovered abuses by unscrupulous suppliers of canned goods for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is introducing a new digital control system. About this informs press service of the department. According to the new rules, before shipping products, the supplier must enter the number of the test report into the system in the delivery invoice. If this is not done, a special database in the DOT-Chain IT system will block the creation of the invoice, which will make it impossible to supply without laboratory control. «During the inspections, we discovered that the amount of canned products sent to the Armed Forces significantly exceeds the volumes checked by our veterinary laboratories. Because of this, questions arose regarding the quality of products. Therefore, we decided to change the monitoring system for the supply of such products to ensure transparency and strengthen control.» — noted the head of the Central Department of Quality Control of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Ihor Leshchenko. From now on, all laboratory test reports are sent to the State Rear Operator (DOT), which enters them into the DOT-Chain system. This database stores detailed information about the products, in particular the number of the test report, the date of manufacture, the manufacturer and the volume of the batch.
Министерство обороны, реагируя на обнаруженные злоупотребления со стороны недобросовестных поставщиков консервированной продукции для Вооруженных сил Украины, вводит новую цифровую систему контроля. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ведомства.
Согласно новым правилам перед отгрузкой продукции поставщик обязан внести в систему номер протокола испытаний в расходную накладную. Если этого не сделать, специальная база данных в ИТ-системе DOT-Chain заблокирует формирование накладной, что исключит возможность поставки без лабораторного контроля.
«В ходе проверок мы обнаружили, что количество поступающей в Вооруженные силы консервированной продукции значительно превышает объемы, которые проверяют наши ветеринарные лаборатории. Из-за этого возникли вопросы качества продукции. Поэтому мы решили изменить саму систему мониторинга по поставкам таких продуктов, чтобы обеспечить прозрачность и усилить контроль», — отметил руководитель Центрального управления контроля качества Министерства обороны Украины Игорь Лещенко.
Теперь все протоколы лабораторных испытаний направляются в Государственный оператор тыла (ДОТ), который вносит их в систему DOT-Chain. В этой базе хранится подробная информация о продукции, в том числе номер протокола испытаний, дата изготовления, производителя и объем партии.
