“When the judicial, executive and legislative branches of government fail us, the fourth branch must step up. ABC just settled a lawsuit with the Trump administration. And CBS News is in the process. We see this idea of using government to intimidate or fine, or using corporations to make journalists less powerful. Governments don’t like press freedom.
