The amount of the discount has increased from $6,000 to $10,550 — depending on the modification and terms of purchase. For the Foundation version, the discount is up to $10,000, and for the Non-Foundation — up to $10,550. Buyers of the Foundation series will additionally receive free lifetime charging at a network of Supercharger stations. Tesla also plans to release a new version of the Cybertruck that will cost about $10,000 less, but will lack some features — including air suspension, a trunk lid, and an updated interior. The Cybertruck ended the first quarter of 2025 as the best-selling battery-powered pickup truck in the U.S., although sales fell short of CEO Elon Musk’s expectations. The company also plans to bring the Cybertruck to the Middle East market, where there is a high demand for premium cars. This can have a positive effect on sales.

The capabilities of this enterprise were probably used for the production of the latest intercontinental ballistic missiles LGM-35A Sentinel, which the Pentagon plans to purchase in the amount of 659 units. Tests of Sentinel rocket engines were regularly conducted on the territory of the plant. In particular, on March 6, static fire tests of the solid fuel engine of the first stage took place there.
