Another state-owned bank joined the financing of industrial parks

“Sens Bank” became the next state bank that concluded an agreement with the Ministry of Economy within the framework of the state incentive program for the creation of industrial parks. Previously, similar agreements were signed with Ukreximbank, Ukrgasbank and Oschadbank. informs Ministry of Economy.

The department noted that initiators of creation or management companies of industrial parks can apply to “Sens Bank” to receive state incentives in two main directions.

The first involves the provision of non-refundable funds for the development of industrial parks, in particular covering the costs of roads, communication, gas, water and electricity supply. This simplifies the development of parks and makes them more attractive to investors.

The second direction is compensation for the costs of connecting to engineering networks, which reduces the financial burden and accelerates the start-up of enterprises. During martial law, such compensation is valid only for connection to electricity grids.

The Ministry of Economy reminded that 13 industrial parks, which implement 26 projects, have already received state funding. Two more communal parks will receive funds in 2025. In three years, it is planned to create 65,000 m² of production space and launch 26 new enterprises.

For 2025, 500 million hryvnias are provided for the stimulation of industrial parks, and based on the results of the first half of the year, the amount may be increased.
