Fighters of the “Kryla” special unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine successfully discovered and destroyed the Russian anti-aircraft missile complex “Osa” belonging to the occupying forces. This was reported by GUR on October 6.
According to intelligence, the value of the destroyed Osa air defense system is 10 million dollars, while the Ukrainian soldiers used an FPV drone, the cost of which is measured in only a few hundred dollars. GUR added to its message: “Lessons of interesting mathematics will continue. Glory to Ukraine.”
This is not the first success of Ukrainian soldiers in the fight against Russian forces. In September, special forces of the GUR destroyed a Russian Su-30SM fighter jet in the Black Sea.
As of the 955th day of the war, the total losses of the Russian occupying forces in Ukraine reached impressive numbers: 660,470 people, 17,679 armored vehicles, 8,919 tanks, 368 aircraft, 328 helicopters, 28 ships and boats, as well as one submarine.
