IDP pensioners at Oschadbank are required to be identified every six months

Internally displaced persons (IDPs) who receive a pension through Oschadbank are required to undergo an identification procedure every six months. This applies to those IDPs who were registered before February 24, 2022, informs Ministry of Reintegration.
Identification is necessary to confirm that the benefits are received by the person for whom they are intended. This procedure helps the state to ensure that pensions and social benefits are received as intended.
Pensioners can be identified in several ways:
- in person at the branch of Oschadbank;
- in territorial bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU);
- through a video conference with PFU representatives;
- through a personal electronic account on the PFU web portal (https://portal.pfu.gov.ua/);
- in a foreign diplomatic institution, having received confirmation of the fact of life, after which these documents are transferred to the relevant body of the PFU.
It is worth noting that the system of exchange of electronic documents operates between the Pension Fund of Ukraine and other state institutions. This allows PFU service centers to accept the electronic passport (ID card) displayed in the “Action” application for the identification of pensioners.
