Казахстан відправить чорні скриньки літака “Embraer”, що належав авіакомпанії Azerbaijan Airlines (рейс J2-8243) і зазнав аварії під час польоту з Баку до Грозного, на розшифрування до Бразилії. Про це повідомили у Міністерстві транспорту Казахстану. Відомство нагадало, що відповідно до стандартів додатка 13 Чиказької конвенції про міжнародну цивільну авіацію, держава, яка проводить розслідування, відповідає за зчитування даних з бортових самописців і вибір країни, яка має виконати цю процедуру. “На підставі вказаного документа, а також з урахуванням рекомендації ІКАО і проведених консультацій з авіаційною владою Азербайджану та Росії, комісія із розслідування авіаційної події ухвалила рішення про направлення бортових самописців (чорних скриньок) до Центру розслідування та запобігання авіаційним подіям Бразилії (CENIPA), яка також є країною – виробником повітряного судна Embraer”, – йдеться в повідомленні. У міністерстві також підкреслили, що CENIPA володіє необхідними технічними можливостями, сучасним обладнанням і сертифікованою лабораторією, що дозволяє забезпечити якісне зчитування та аналіз інформації з бортових самописців.

The agency recalled that according to the standards of Annex 13 of the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation, the state conducting the investigation is responsible for reading the data from the flight recorders and choosing the country that should carry out this procedure.
“On the basis of the specified document, as well as taking into account the recommendation of the ICAO and the consultations with the aviation authorities of Azerbaijan and Russia, the commission for the investigation of the aviation incident made a decision to send the flight recorders (black boxes) to the Center for the Investigation and Prevention of Aviation Events of Brazil (CENIPA), which is also the country – the manufacturer of the Embraer aircraft”, the message says.
The ministry also emphasized that CENIPA has the necessary technical capabilities, modern equipment and a certified laboratory, which allows for high-quality reading and analysis of information from flight recorders.
