Musk announced the launch of a children’s version of the Grok chatbot

Elon Musk, billionaire and owner of social network X (Twitter) and technology startup xAI, has announced the launch of a new version of the Grok chatbot aimed at children. This variant of artificial intelligence was called Baby Grok. About this informs Bloomberg.
“We’re going to build xAI’s Baby Grok, an app dedicated to content for kids.” Musk noted.
He did not provide details about the functionality or capabilities of the Baby Grok at this time. It is only known that the release of Grok 4 took place shortly after the release of Grok 3, which indicates the rapid pace of development of artificial intelligence within the project.
It will be recalled that Grok was at the center of a scandal due to controversial statements that the chatbot published regarding Adolf Hitler and the Holocaust. The incident led to the resignation of X CEO Linda Yaccarino.
Additional outrage was caused by the content of the chatbot regarding the Russian-Ukrainian war. Grok actively refutes Russian propaganda and “on facts” exposes supporters of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which caused a wave of indignation among Russian users, who began to demand that the chatbot be blocked.
Despite the controversy, SpaceX has decided to invest two billion dollars in the development of xAI. In addition, the startup is actively seeking full-stack engineers with experience in multimedia, offering an annual salary ranging from $180,000 to $440,000, excluding options and bonuses.
