Netanyahu announced new strikes on Tehran: they are going to attack every facility of the Ayatollah’s regime

Israel is preparing to carry out new airstrikes on the capital of Iran, Tehran. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu statement published on June 14
“Soon, Israeli Air Force planes will appear in the sky over Tehran. We will strike every facility and every target belonging to the Ayatollah regime.
We received information that this unscrupulous regime planned to transfer nuclear weapons to its terrorist proxies. This is nuclear terrorism on steroids. This poses a threat to the whole world.
I can say: we have signs that senior officials in Iran are already packing their bags. They sense that something is coming.” – said the head of the Israeli government.
Benjamin Netanyahu also said that the Israeli military has already carried out a series of strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities in airstrikes that have been ongoing for the past two days. He emphasized that Israel is acting with the support of US President Donald Trump.
“We also liquidated a group of senior scientists who led the implementation of these nuclear projects.” he added, stressing that the strikes delayed the development of Iran’s nuclear program for several years.
The prime minister paid special attention to the danger posed by Iranian ballistic missiles, calling them another means used by Tehran to try to destroy Israel. Earlier, Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz said that if Iranian missile attacks continue, Tehran will be destroyed.
We will remind, on the night of Friday and in the morning of June 13, Israel carried out a series of airstrikes on the territory of Iran. The main targets of these attacks were facilities related to Iran’s nuclear program, as well as facilities of the country’s military command.
According to the Israel Defense Forces, 200 fighter jets were involved in the operation. More than 330 different munitions were used in the strikes, and a total of more than 100 targets located throughout Iran were attacked.
The Israeli military characterized these actions as point preventive strikes. Benjamin Netanyahu, commenting on the course of events, announced the start of a large-scale military operation called “The People as a Lion.” Its goal is to strike Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, ballistic missile production facilities, and other military infrastructure facilities. The prime minister emphasized that Iran currently has enough enriched uranium to produce nine nuclear warheads.
In the evening of June 13, Iran retaliated against Israel. Four waves of rocket fire were recorded. In a number of regions of the country, in particular in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and other cities, air raid sirens sounded. As a result of the attacks, explosions rang out in several cities. At the same time, it was reported about the active operation of anti-aircraft defense systems that repelled enemy strikes.
