It is also proposed to introduce monthly seniority bonuses: 5% for 1 to 2 years of service, 10% for 2 to 4 years, 15% for 4 to 7 years, 20% for 10 to 13 years, 25% for 13 to 19 years, 45% for 19 to 25 years, and 50% for more than 25 years of service.
Police officers who are temporarily serving outside of Ukraine are guaranteed the payment of monetary support in national currency, as well as the payment of remuneration in foreign currency in accordance with the conditions established by the government.
At the same time, police officers assigned to other state authorities, institutions or organizations will receive financial support, which will include the salary for the new position and other types of payments provided for by this law.
