The Armed Forces of Ukraine are launching a training program for instructors of the DELTA combat system
In training centers and higher military educational institutions of the Ground Forces, a program of training instructors for the effective use of the DELTA combat system is being implemented. This training course was developed by the Innovation Center of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine together with the Ground Forces Training Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The main goal of the program is to provide military personnel with the knowledge necessary for the implementation and effective use of the DELTA system in combat units.
The program will last six days and include seven modules devoted to the following areas:
- Practical mastery of the DELTA system — from basic functions to advanced capabilities for use in real combat conditions.
- The teaching method is the training of instructors who will transfer knowledge and skills to future users of the system.
- Knowledge-building and experience-sharing — using combat experience to improve the DELTA program and tactics.
“In the conditions of war and constant technological evolution, the ability to quickly adapt and effectively use modern combat systems is critically important. But such systems will not work by themselves, it requires people. Therefore, the DELTA instructor training program is an investment in the intellectual potential of our troops and a significant step towards technological superiority on the battlefield.” — said Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.
The introduction of the DELTA instructor training program is part of the strategic course of the Armed Forces aimed at modernizing and increasing the effectiveness of troops in modern conditions of combat operations. The next stage is the large-scale implementation of this program in all educational centers and higher military educational institutions of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.
