The government appointed 5 deputy ministers of digital transformation Fedorov

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed five deputies to the First Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov. About this informs Ministry of Digital Transformation.
“We are strengthening the top management team of the Ministry of Digital Affairs – the government appointed five deputies to the First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov. Four of them grew up within the Ministry of Digital Affairs, and Vitaly Balashov joined the civil service from a top IT company.” – the message says.
Valeriya Koval has been appointed deputy minister for the development of the ecosystem of digital and offline personalized services.
“Valeria’s key goal is to change the logic of public services: not according to instructions, but according to human needs,” – specified in the message.
She will be responsible for the development of electronic and administrative services, digital convenience, a personalized approach and will coordinate the G2G direction — building interaction between authorities within a single digital environment.
Stanislav Prybytko became the deputy minister for the development of digital infrastructure.
“Stanislav’s task is to develop electronic communications and the radio frequency spectrum, as well as to provide broadband access to the Internet throughout the country: in cities, villages, on roads and in de-occupied territories.” – the ministry explained.
Zoryana Stetsyuk assumed the position of Deputy Minister for Digital Governance, Data and Digital Infrastructure. She will be responsible for the development of digital governance, informatization, efficiency of state systems, integration of registers, digital interaction between authorities and ensuring citizens’ access to quality e-services.
Vitaly Balashov will be responsible for cyber protection of state information infrastructure, implementation of cloud technologies, security of digital products and strengthening of state cyber resilience.
“Vitaly is a new member of the team of deputies: he moved to the Ministry of Digital Affairs from a top IT company”, – stated in the message.
Natalya Denikeyeva became the deputy for the digital economy. It will shape the policy of sustainable development of the digital economy through innovation, investment and support of the IT industry. Denikeeva will also be responsible for the development of the digital ecosystem — from Diya.City to the innovative business market.
Oleksiy Vyskub — First Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation and Oleksandr Bornyakov — Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for European Integration continue to work in their positions.
The Ministry of Statistics notes that many managers started their careers in the ministry as specialists or heads of departments and developed together with the team. Over the last period, the team has undergone more than 70 personnel changes.
