The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to carry out a large-scale reform of the system of territorial manning centers and social support (TCC and SP).
About this reported People’s Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko, referring to the words of First Deputy Minister of Defense Ivan Gavrylyuk during question time to the government in the Verkhovna Rada.
“I stated that the arbitrariness that is happening is unacceptable. Everyone saw yesterday how a car driver was gassed in Vyshgorod. This should not happen.”, says the message.
According to Honcharenko, the representative of the Ministry of Defense recognized the need for serious changes in the work of the TCC and assured that the department is already actively working on the preparation of the corresponding reform. Ivan Havrylyuk also reported that the Ministry of Defense is conducting an investigation into the incident that happened in Vyshgorod the day before.
We will remind you that the day before, a video appeared on the Internet where employees of the TCC together with the police are trying to forcibly open the car. During the incident, one of the representatives of the TCC blew gas into the cabin, which caught fire.
