Ukraine has the right to respond in the event of the DPRK’s troops entering its territory: Biden

The United States has spotted the presence of North Korean troops in the Kursk region of Russia, which is causing concern in Washington. US President Joe Biden said that Ukraine has the right to retaliate if DPRK soldiers cross its border. This was reported by Reuters.
Biden expressed concern over reports of North Korea’s military presence near Ukrainian territory.
When asked whether Ukraine should respond to a possible violation of its borders, the US president replied: ‘If they cross the border of Ukraine, yes.’
Joe Biden has previously commented on the sending of North Korean soldiers to Russia, calling it an ‘extremely dangerous’ situation. Last week, Ukraine’s Defence Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate reported the presence of DPRK troops in the Kursk region, raising concerns about their potential involvement in the war.
At the same time, CNN, citing its own sources, noted that a small number of North Korean soldiers could have already been spotted on the territory of Ukraine, but there has been no official confirmation of this information.
