Yermak spoke about ways to end the war and Zelensky’s relations with US presidential candidates

The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, in an interview with Natalia Moseychuk at the United News media marathon, expressed the opinion that the war in Ukraine could end in different ways, one of which is the diplomatic route.
Yermak stressed that the diplomatic option should not start from the position of 24 February 2022, as this would be unfair, wrong, and not in line with international law. Such an approach, in his opinion, could create risks for a repeat of such aggression.
He also noted that Ukraine must regain control of all its territories and return all citizens.
Yermak assured that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy maintains good personal relations with the US presidential candidates Kamala Harris of the Democratic Party and Donald Trump of the Republican Party.
‘I know for sure, I was present at all these meetings, the president has a very good relationship. Both with Vice President Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. I can’t disclose any details, as you know, especially on the eve of the election, but I can tell you for sure that these are not just formal, they are very good personal relationships,’ he added.
The official also stressed that the US presidential election is a sovereign right of the American people, which Ukraine respects. He also noted that none of the candidates is ready to give the victory to Putin.
