Zelenskyy and Trump will cooperate to establish peace: Sibiga

Ukraine will cooperate with the administration of Donald Trump, who won the US election, to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two countries and achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting peace. This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sybiga on the social network X.
‘President Zelenskyy and President Trump have a long, constructive and result-oriented dialogue. We will work together to strengthen the Ukrainian-American strategic partnership and bring a comprehensive, just and lasting peace closer. We rely on America’s strong leadership,’ Sibiga said.
As a reminder, the main day of voting in the US presidential election took place on 5 November. Americans also elected the full House of Representatives, one-third of the Senate, and held local elections in a number of states.
The vote count is still ongoing, but Trump has already declared his victory.
