It concerns rare earth elements and other resources. We are spending hundreds of billions of dollars on a war between Ukraine and Russia that should never have happened. But it happened, so we need to solve it». The provision that contributions to the fund will continue up to the amount of 500 billion dollars was removed from the draft agreement.
