ПОСМОТРИТЕ ЕЩЕ: From January 1, 2025, the new Program of Medical Guarantees, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, began to operate in Ukraine. The corresponding document regulating the procedure for implementing the program, published on the Government portal. More than UAH 175.5 billion has been allocated to finance the Program in 2025, which exceeds the figure for 2024 by UAH 16 billion. The program includes 44 packages of medical services, including a new direction — psychosocial and psychiatric care for adults and children, provided in mental health centers and mobile teams. More than UAH 25 billion is provided for primary medical care. The basic capitation rate has increased to UAH 844.4, and mental health support has been integrated into the package of primary care services. All primary care institutions that have signed agreements with the NHSHU will provide these services. An increasing factor of 1.1 has been introduced for rural institutions, which will provide increased funding. Emergency medical care received almost UAH 11 billion. For the first time, three-year contracts with emergency aid centers were introduced, and the tariff for the provision of such services increased to UAH 306.3. Additional coefficients are provided for regions with increased risks, in particular, mountainous areas and zones of possible hostilities. In the field of outpatient care, the list of laboratory and diagnostic services has been expanded. Payment is now made for the patient's holistic clinical pathway rather than for individual interventions. More than UAH 122 billion has been allocated for specialized and palliative care in 2025, which will ensure the provision of the necessary medical support for a wide range of patients.
