Ukraine imposed sanctions against three Chinese companies after information about the supply of weapons from China to Russia appeared. About this it is said in the corresponding decree of Volodymyr Zelenskyi. Sanctions were imposed on the company «Beijing Aviation And Aerospace Xianghui Technology Co. Ltd.», which is engaged in the export and import of products in the aviation and space sphere and supplies carbon fiber and electronic components to Russia. This fiber is used in the production of aircraft bodies, drones, missiles, as well as in elements of armor, equipment and weapons. «Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Xining Co. Ltd.» was also subject to restrictions. is one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality carbon fiber in China, as well as «Rui Jin Machinery Co. Ltd.» — manufacturer of packaging equipment. The document states that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is instructed to discuss the introduction of similar sanctions with the relevant structures of the European Union, the United States and other countries. We will remind that on April 17, Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the availability of information regarding China’s assistance to Russia in the form of supplies of gunpowder, artillery, and the participation of Chinese companies in the production of weapons directly on the territory of the Russian Federation. In response to these words, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Lin Jian, noted that the statement of the President of Ukraine is «groundless».

Санкции были наложены на компанию Beijing Aviation And Aerospace Xianghui Technology Co., Ltd., которая занимается экспортом и импортом продукции в авиационно-космической сфере и поставляет в Россию углеродное волокно и электронные компоненты. Это волокно используется при производстве корпусов самолетов, дронов, ракет, а также в элементах брони, техники и оружия.
Под ограничение также попала «Zhongfu Shenying Carbon Fiber Xining Co. Ltd.» — один из ведущих производителей высококачественного углеродного волокна в Китае, а также Rui Jin Machinery Co. Ltd. — производитель упаковочного оборудования. В документе говорится, что Министерству иностранных дел поручено обсудить введение аналогичных санкций с соответствующими структурами Евросоюза, США и других стран.
Напомним, что 17 апреля Владимир Зеленский заявил о наличии информации о помощи Китаю России в виде поставок пороха, артиллерии и участия китайских компаний в производстве оружия непосредственно на территории РФ.
В ответ на эти слова спикер Министерства иностранных дел Китая Линь Цзянь отметил, что заявление президента Украины является «безосновательным».
