В Минобороны объяснили, как пройти военно-врачебную экспертизу по электронному направлению

In the «Reserve+» application, it became possible to receive an electronic referral for passing the military medical commission (MMC). As reported in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, conscripts who have not yet received a summons to the VLK can use the new function.
«The «Reserve+» application gives conscripts a convenient opportunity to submit a request and receive an electronic referral for passing the VLC. Without the need to visit the TCC» — says the message.
To do this, you need to log in to the application and submit a request in a few clicks. Within a day after that, the user will receive a corresponding notification.
The electronic referral contains all the necessary information, including the number and date of registration, the address of the medical institution for passing the commission, as well as the data of the head of the territorial procurement center (TCC), who signed the document. The notification received is sufficient to schedule an inspection.
After passing the commission, its members independently transfer the results to the TCC, where the relevant employee enters the data into the «Oberig» register. As a result, the conscript will receive an updated military registration document in the application.
The notification of referral to the VLK is valid for 30 days, after which a new request will need to be submitted. At the same time, the subpoenas themselves will remain paper-based and will be sent by mail, since only those who submit a request voluntarily can receive an electronic referral.
The conclusion of the VLK on fitness for military service remains valid for a year, so conscripts must renew it annually. If a person has received a summons to the VLK, he must appear in person at the local TCC. However, the Ministry of Defense plans to expand the «Reserve+» functionality so that those who have already received a summons can also receive electronic referrals.
