43% of Ukrainian banks have foreign co-owners

Vladimir Putin signed a decree obliging Ukrainian citizens who are illegally staying in Russia to either leave the territory of the Russian Federation or legalize their status by September 10, 2025.
“Citizens of Ukraine who are in the Russian Federation and do not have legal grounds for stay (residence) in the Russian Federation are obliged to leave the Russian Federation on their own or to settle their legal situation in the Russian Federation by September 10, 2025 Russian Federation”, – the decree states.
The document clarifies that Ukrainians who have already gone through the fingerprinting and photographing registration procedure are released from administrative responsibility for violating the stay regime if they turn to the police to legalize their status.
The decree also states that foreign citizens and stateless persons who, prior to the entry into force of the decree, arrived on the territory of the “DPR”, “LPR”, the districts of the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions temporarily occupied by Russia for a purpose not related to work, for a period of more than 90 days or for work, and did not undergo the necessary medical examination, are obliged to do so by June 10, 2025.
They must submit to the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation medical documents confirming the absence of the use of narcotic or psychotropic substances without a doctor’s prescription, the absence of infectious diseases, and a certificate of the absence of HIV infection.
