Almost 120,000 workers have been booked through “Diya”: Ministry of Economy

Since the official launch of the electronic reservation service through the “Diya” portal, critical enterprises and organizations that provide for the needs of the Security and Defense Forces have already booked about 120,000 employees. About this stated Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Svyridenko.

“Businesses have been actively using electronic employee booking for more than two weeks. As of August 5, almost 120,000 employees of critical enterprises and those working for the needs of the Security and Defense Forces have been booked through the Diya portal. Electronic booking has automated this process, made it more convenient for business and significantly reduced the waiting time Systematic work on updating the lists of critical enterprises is ongoing“, Yuliya Svyridenko emphasized.

We will remind that on June 7, the government adopted a resolution on digitalization of the reservation process, which will significantly reduce corruption risks and minimize the human factor in this process.

On July 18, the “Diya” portal launched an electronic reservation service for conscripts, intended for managers of critical enterprises and enterprises that provide the needs of the Defense Forces.

The procedure includes submission of reservation lists through the portal and confirmation of the application with an electronic signature. The system automatically checks employment and data in the “Oberig” registry.

After a positive decision, the conscript is automatically transferred to a special military account, and information about the reservation appears in the “Reserve+” application. The reservation statement can be downloaded from the portal or received in paper form.
