Andriy Yermak spoke about the conditions under which the war may end next year

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak in an article for the Swedish publication Dagens industri outlined key aspects of Volodymyr Zelenskyi’s “Victory Plan” that can ensure the end of the war by 2025. This plan, which reinforces the Peace Formula, consists of five main points.

Among them is the invitation of Ukraine to NATO, which, according to Yermak, does not create obligations for member countries to apply Article 5, but will force Russia to return to diplomacy. The plan also provides for an increase in military support without restrictions on the use of weapons, the introduction of a package of non-nuclear deterrents, giving partners access to critical resources of Ukraine, as well as the gradual replacement of the American military in Europe with Ukrainian forces.

Yermak noted that the implementation of the first three points will significantly strengthen Ukraine’s position in any negotiations with Russia and may undermine the Kremlin’s plans to continue aggression.

“As Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized, if you start moving according to this plan now, you can end the war no later than next year.”, – the article emphasizes.

The head of the OPU also expressed gratitude to the countries of Northern Europe, the Baltic States and Poland for supporting Zelenskyi’s Peace Formula. He emphasized that these states were among the largest donors of aid to Ukraine from the first days of the war and remain important partners in the confrontation with the Russian Federation.
