ARMA has put up for sale hundreds of land plots with ski infrastructure in Transcarpathia

The National Agency of Ukraine for Identification, Search and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) has announced the sale of a large-scale property complex located on the territory of Zakarpattia Oblast. It includes 494 land plots, as well as infrastructure facilities — the upper and lower stations of the ski lift. About this it is said in the official press service of the agency.

It is noted that this asset is considered particularly promising from the point of view of investment development. The land plots have a significant area and are located in a mountainous area, which opens up wide opportunities for the development of tourist and recreational infrastructure, primarily ski resorts. ARMA emphasizes that the sale of this property can contribute to the revitalization of the economic dynamics of the region.

For the transparency of the process, the asset was divided into three separate lots, each of which has already been made public in the state electronic sales system “Prozorro.Prodazhi”. The first lot covers an area of 26.7366 hectares. The second includes 199.1488 hectares and includes both ski lift stations — upper and lower. The third lot has an area of 234.7903 hectares.

Submission of applications from potential investors continues until 20:00 on July 6, 2025. The electronic auction, within which the assets will be sold, is scheduled for July 7, 2025. Bidding starts at 11:10.

It will be recalled that earlier the agency announced the completion of the analysis of the tender documentation within the framework of the competition for the management of the property complex of the “Zhovten” sanatorium. According to the results of checking the technical parameters of one of the applications, ARMA rejected the candidacy of Company Constanta 2020 LLC due to non-compliance with the requirements.
