ARMA is looking for a manager for the Flagman shopping center

The National Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA) has announced the search for a manager for the Flagman shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk. The facility previously belonged to a company controlled by citizens of Russia. About this reported ARMA press office.

“The National Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA) put the Flagman shopping center in Ivano-Frankivsk on Prozorro for the competitive selection of a manager. The asset previously belonged to a Russian-controlled company,” – the message says.

The object was handed over to ARMA after it was recognized as material evidence in criminal proceedings. Previously, it belonged to “Evroinvestbud” LLC, which was controlled by citizens of the Russian Federation. An independent assessment established the market value of the three-story shopping center at 309.78 million hryvnias.

The future manager will have to transfer a certain percentage of management income to the state budget every month. In addition, the draft contract stipulates a mandatory condition – a minimum monthly guarantee payment, which the manager is obliged to make even in the absence or insufficient income from asset management.
