In Shatsk, Volyn region, a conscripted citizen attacked an officer of the alert group of the Kovel Central Committee and SP while performing his official duties.

“At this time, criminal proceedings have been opened against the attacker under Part 2 of Article 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. According to this article, an attack on an official during the performance of his official duties is a serious crime and is punishable by imprisonment for a term of up to five years“, the message says.
The Volyn Central Committee emphasized that “you need to wave your fists in the east and south of Ukraine”, where the enemy is attacking Ukraine and trying to destroy Ukrainians.
“In order not to be served with a summons, you should choose the unit yourself and get a letter of recommendation there. The Armed Forces of Ukraine need all specialties and you will be able to find yourself here. Everyone who violates the law will be severely punished. The time has come to take responsibility and fulfill your masculine duty“, the TCC emphasized.
We will remind that in Chernivtsi, a group of people attacked a serviceman, using force and threats. He had to shoot into the ground to defend himself. In the Khmelnytskyi region, women attacked the car of the TCC and the JV. One of the attackers was fined 85 hryvnias.
