ARMA transferred the Lviv Isolation Plant to the management of Ukrenergo

The Agency for Search and Management of Assets (ARMA) together with the Bureau of Economic Security transferred the Lviv Insulator Plant to the management of NEC “Ukrenergo”. About this informs ARMA press office.
The transfer of the asset took place in accordance with the government order using a special mechanism provided for in Article 21-1 of the ARMA Law. This mechanism allows for the transfer of objects important for the state to management under a special procedure.
The Lviv Insulator Factory is the only manufacturer of glass insulators in Ukraine, which are of critical importance for the energy infrastructure. The plant’s products are used to restore damaged power grids.
“This is a concrete example of how Article 21-1 of the ARMA Law works. We ensure the transfer of critical assets that are of strategic importance for national security, in particular in the energy sector. Ukrenergo, as a state-owned enterprise, guarantees effective asset management, job preservation and stable income to the state budget”, – noted the director of the Asset Management Department of ARMA Ihor Chuloy.
ARMA emphasized the advantages of transferring the asset to Ukrenergo, including ensuring energy security, stable monthly revenues to the budget (95% of revenue), preservation of the plant’s production potential, and support for domestic strategic production.
