As a result of the Shahed attack on Zaporizhzhia, a child was injured

On the night of November 25, Russia carried out a massive attack with strike drones on the territory of Ukraine. In particular, Zaporozhye was targeted by the occupiers, where considerable destruction was recorded. Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhia Regional Military Administration, reported about the consequences of this night attack.
A 13-year-old boy was wounded as a result of shelling in Zaporizhzhia. The blast wave and debris caused damage to several private houses and one non-residential building. Medics promptly provided assistance to the boy at the scene, and, fortunately, hospitalization was not required.
The attack on Zaporozhye took place in several waves. Explosions rang out in the city and were heard repeatedly throughout the night. According to Fedorov, dozens of “Shakheds” attacked the city and its surroundings, hitting civilian infrastructure.
In total, about 200 shellings were recorded on the territory of Zaporizhzhia region in the last day, which affected nine settlements. In particular, Lobkove, Gulyaipole, Shcherbaki, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Biloghirya and Novodarivka were hit.
The occupiers used various types of weapons, including rocket launchers, artillery and drones. Residential buildings, infrastructure facilities and non-residential buildings were damaged as a result of shelling. According to preliminary data, 10 reports of the destruction of civilian objects were received in the region.
