At night, Taganrog and Kazan were attacked by drones

On the night of June 25, drones attacked the territory of Russia. In particular, strikes were recorded in Taganrog and Kazan. This is reported by the Russian mass media.
Yuriy Slyusar, Acting Head of the Rostov Oblast, said that the roof of the building caught fire at the Forte Arena stadium in Taganrog due to the fall of an unmanned aerial vehicle, the area of the fire was 30 square meters. m, the wall was also destroyed. Russian media suggest that the likely target of the attack could be the company “Atlant Aero”, which is engaged in the production of aircraft.
Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Combating Disinformation noted, that “something unknown” arrived at the “Atlant Aero” plant. He emphasized that the enterprise is an important element of the Russian military industry, which specializes in components for combat drones and control systems. In particular, Atlant Aero is involved in the development of Orion drones, electronic warfare and digital solutions for FPV strike drones and barrage munitions.
In Kazan, due to the attack, restrictions were imposed at the airport, and the local public reported the fall of UAV debris on the territory of a residential complex. The Internet also disappeared in the city – the connection was restored only on the morning of June 25 after almost 20 hours of absence.
After midnight, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced the alleged downing or interception of 22 drones that attacked the Belgorod, Bryansk, Saratov, and Ulyanovsk regions, as well as Tatarstan and Crimea. Later in the morning, the Russian authorities reported on another 18 UAVs allegedly operating over the Rostov Region, Crimea, Krasnodar Territory, Kursk and Bryansk Regions, as well as over the Black Sea.
