Ukrainian drones are now capable of hitting military targets on the territory of Russia at a distance of up to 1,800 kilometers. This will significantly complicate the functioning of the Russian infrastructure that supports the war. This was announced by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, in his statement posts on Facebook.
In his address on the occasion of Military Intelligence Day, Budanov congratulated Ukrainian intelligence officers, emphasizing their important role in the fight against the aggressor. He noted that thanks to their actions, it became obvious that the Black Sea is no longer an undisputed zone of Russian influence.
The head of intelligence also focused on the development of unmanned systems, which are being worked on by specialists, in particular from the Main Directorate of Intelligence. These systems already allow striking Russian military targets at long distances.
