On the e-Veteran platform, online submission of applications to support specialists has become available

Now, through the “e-Veteran” platform, you can apply to specialists who are involved in accompanying war veterans and demobilized persons. About this reported press service of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.

This service is designed to simplify access to the necessary care, provide effective support and improve interaction between veterans, demobilized and the specialists who support them. Currently, 559 veterans’ support specialists are working in all regions of Ukraine. It is planned to increase their number from next year.

“For the effective work of support specialists, an online application for receiving support measures was developed, which is filled out by a war veteran or another person entitled to the service. An electronic office of a specialist was created to process such applications and provide support measures. The Ministry of Veterans Affairs is gradually digitizing services and services for veterans not only at the national level, but also at the level of regions, districts and communities”, – said the Minister of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine Nataliya Kalmykova.

Within the framework of cooperation with UNDP, six digital services integrated on the “Diya” and “e-Veteran” platforms have been developed over the past two years. One of these services is the possibility of submitting applications for vacancies of specialists in accompanying veterans. New digital tools are designed to expand existing capabilities and provide veterans with more convenient access to support and services.
