By the end of February 2025, it will be possible to receive a referral to the Military Medical Commission through “Reserve+”

Electronic referral for passing the military medical commission (MMC) will become available through the “Reserve+” application by the end of February 2025. About this reported Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernogorenko.

“The reform of the VLK was developed by the Ministry of Defense together with our partners. Already at the first stage of the reform, we will make it possible to receive an electronic referral to the VLK through Reserve+, right on your phone. This will be implemented by the end of February next year.”, – said the official.

Chernogorenko also noted that the reform will be expanded in the next few months. As a result, conscripts will have the opportunity to undergo a medical examination in any civilian institution of their choice.

“This will make it possible to divide the military medical examination procedure itself into two stages: a medical examination and an administrative one, which will be carried out in the system of the Ministry of Defense. Thus, it will be a decentralized, autonomous, digitalized, anonymized procedure that will be convenient for people and will significantly reduce corruption risks”, – explained the deputy minister.
