On January 23, the ChatGPT chat stopped opening for many users from different countries. Similar problems are also observed in Ukraine. OpenAI company confirmed failure and promises to solve the problem in the near future.
Users encountered a lot of errors when trying to launch a chatbot with artificial intelligence. In Ukraine, it was most often the inscription: “The web server reported an error of the wrong gateway.” Some were getting the “Unable to start conversation” warning.
The following message also appeared on the screen:
“Something went wrong generating the response. If this problem persists, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”
On the Internet, residents of various countries, including the USA, Canada, Denmark, Great Britain and others, complained about problems with access to OpenAI services.
The last time OpenAI had difficulties was yesterday, January 22, 2025. Then some users were unable to login to platform.openai.com. File upload errors were also recorded for API and ChatGPT users.
