Children of War Take Exams: How Not to Miss the NMT-2025 Results and Use Them for Admission
In 2025, the introductory campaign in Ukraine again takes place in conditions of full-scale war. Despite this, teenagers take the National Multi-Subject Test, prepare for admission, collect documents, and compare scores. In order not to miss the opportunity to apply to the chosen institution of higher education, it is important to find the results of the NMT in time, download the official document and submit it together with other data, because it is this document that opens or closes the door to universities.
The results are already available, but not for everyone
The Ukrainian Center for the Assessment of the Quality of Education (UCEA) officially announced that participants who completed the main session of the NMT up to and including June 5 can now revise their assessments. We are talking about the results listed on a scale of 100–200 points — they are used for admission to Ukrainian institutions of higher education. If the applicant did not have time to take the test by this date, he should wait a little: the second wave of results is expected to be published by July 4.
On the same day — July 4 — the official certificate with the results for those entering foreign universities will become available. This is a document with the signature of the director of UTSOYAO and a wet seal, which can be ordered separately through the participant’s office. Such a certificate is not required for Ukrainian higher education institutions — but some foreign institutions require it.
How to find your points: algorithm of actions
In order to access the results of NMT-2025, the applicant needs to take several consecutive steps. There will be no automatic messages to mail or messengers – this is the full responsibility of the participant himself. Therefore:
- Log in to your personal NMT member’s account on the official website of the UTSOYAO.
- Go to the “Result of NMT-2025” section.
- Download the participant’s information card — this is the main document that must be submitted when entering Ukrainian higher education institutions. It contains grades from all three subjects and is a mandatory part of the admission package.
- If required, also download the detailed subject-wise scorecard. It can be useful if you plan to submit documents abroad.
Important: if you do not see the results in the cabinet, first check the date of the test. If you made it after June 5, just wait for the second wave of publication – until July 4.
Why do you need an information card?
No way without her. The participant’s information card is the main document that confirms the test results and allows you to submit an application for admission. This card:
– must be uploaded personally by the participant;
– printed out or attached electronically to the application;
– contains evaluations for each subject of NMT on a scale of 100–200 points.
Please note: the information card does not contain seals or signatures — this is not required for Ukrainian universities. But if you are entering a foreign higher education institution, you will need to request a certificate with a signature and seal separately after July 4 through your personal account.
Results received. What’s next?
The mere fact that you have grades does not guarantee anything. The next stage is the analysis of the obtained points. Write down the results for each subject and compare them with last year’s passing scores for the chosen majors. This will make it possible to form a real list of universities where it is worth submitting applications for a budget or a contract.
Next, you need to create an electronic account of the applicant (will be opened in July) and upload all the necessary documents there – a passport or ID card, a certificate of education, a photo, a motivation letter (if required) and an information card with the results of the NMT.
After submitting applications, follow their status in the system. As soon as you receive a budget recommendation, you will need to confirm your place of study – and do so clearly within the specified time frame. Otherwise, your application will simply be canceled and the chance will be lost.
What else do you need to remember?
The results of NMT-2025 are the basic tool for admission. It is important to check them in time in the office, download the necessary information card, adequately assess the chances and prepare the documents. The subsequent process depends on the correct execution of each of these steps.
Remember that all responsibility lies with you. If you don’t check your results, download your card, apply or miss the deadline, the system won’t do it for you. Even in a state of war, the admission procedure is strictly regulated.
NMT-2025 results are your chance. And although it was won in the most unfavorable circumstances, right now is the moment when fate depends on attention to detail. Did you download the card?
