“Diya” has restored the function of ordering services of the State Civil Status Registration Service

The services of ordering a repeat certificate and extracts from the State Registration of Civil Status Acts (DRATSS) have again become available on the “Diya” portal. About this informs press service of the service.

“Now you can order repeated certificates and extracts from the DRATS again on the Diya portal. More than 123,000 Ukrainians who have used the services have done so. A few minutes to apply online — and everything is ready. And you will receive the document by Ukrposhta — simply in your hands or at the nearest branch.”, says the message.

To order a document, it is necessary to log in to the citizen’s office on the “Diya” portal, select the “References and extracts” section in the catalog, fill out an application for the reissuance of a certificate or extract, choose a delivery method (by courier or to the “Ukrposhta” branch), pay for the service and sign the application using “Diya.Signature” or another qualified electronic signature.

The review of the application lasts three working days, and a notification about the readiness of the document is sent to e-mail. These services were implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with the assistance of the European Union within the framework of the EU4DigitalUA project, which is implemented by the Academy of e-Government of Estonia.
