During the ten months of operation of the “Army+” application, servicemen submitted 500,000 electronic reports — an average of 1,800 daily. Currently, this service is used by more than 1,500 military units. This was announced by Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization, informs press service of the Ministry of Defense.

“Electronic reports were one of the first services launched in “Army+”. It was they who started the fight against bureaucracy, simplified the lives of military personnel and freed up their time for what is really important.” – she emphasized.

Chernogorenko also emphasized the importance of the path taken by the development team and the military involved in the implementation of the tool. Currently, the most requested are: health report (30%), annual leave (23%) and change of service (21%).

“The path we took to this point was difficult, but necessary. We were able to win the trust of defenders, as well as the trust of commanders, who showed leadership and persistence in implementing electronic reports on the ground.” – she added.

Currently, a third of all types of reports covering the main issues of the service have been digitized. The next step will be the digitization of reports related to receipt of references and finances. Submitting a report through the app only takes a few minutes. Each document contains informational guides with clear advice and explanations about the required documents. The submission interface is built according to an algorithm with step-by-step prompts, which allows you to avoid errors when sending to the commander.
