Elon Musk made another high-profile statement regarding the war in Ukraine. He is in the X social network stated, that its Starlink satellite communication system is a key element of Ukrainian defense.
“I literally challenged Putin to a one-on-one physical battle over Ukraine, and my Starlink system is the backbone of the Ukrainian military. Their entire front line will collapse if I shut it down.” Musk wrote.
He also expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that the war continues and stated that Ukraine was in a difficult situation.
“I am sick of many years of carnage in a dead end, in which Ukraine will inevitably lose.
Someone who truly cares, truly thinks, and truly understands, wants the meat grinder to stop. PEACE NOW!!”, he added.
It will be recalled that Starlink has become critically important for the Ukrainian military, providing communication in combat conditions even in remote areas. At the same time, Musk repeatedly fell into scandals due to ambiguous statements about the war. It was previously reported that he restricted access to Starlink in some areas of the front, which could affect the course of hostilities.
