Germany and 10 other countries have created a new coalition to strengthen support for Ukraine

To strengthen support for Ukraine, a new “coalition of possibilities” was formed, which specializes in radio-electronic warfare. Ten more countries joined the initiative started by Germany. About this it is said in the statement of the Ministry of Defense of Germany.

This is already the ninth coalition of this format, created with the aim of developing certain areas of assistance to Ukraine. The new coalition is focused on building capabilities in such areas as providing its own communications, conducting intelligence, jamming enemy communications, protecting against unmanned aerial vehicles and improving the effectiveness of its own weapons.

“The knowledge gained will also be used in the further development of the capabilities of the Bundeswehr”, – says the message of the Ministry of Defense of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The agency emphasizes that mastering the skills of radio-electronic warfare is critically important for protecting the lives of military personnel and civilians, as well as preserving infrastructure and equipment.

“Electromagnetic spectrum control is critical to effective warfare in today’s environment. This is especially true for the use and protection of drones,” — is emphasized in the official press release of the German Ministry of Defense.
