On December 2, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court (HCC) decided to confiscate the property of Vyacheslav Boguslaev, the former president of Motor Sich JSC. About this informs court press service.
“The panel of judges of the Higher Anti-Corruption Court satisfied the administrative claim of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine against the former president of the Joint Stock Company “Motor Sich”, the General Designer for the creation and modernization of helicopter equipment and a third person who does not declare independent claims on the part of the defendant “INNOVA” Limited Liability Company about application of the sanction provided for in p. 1-1 h. 1 Art. 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Sanctions”, – the message says.
As a result of the confiscation, real estate was transferred to the state, in particular, buildings and structures of an economic complex in the Zaporizhzhia region, as well as 100% of the share in the authorized capital of INNOVA LLC. The decision can be appealed in the Chamber of Appeals of VAX within five days from the moment of its announcement.
Previously, the State Property Fund took over assets belonging to Vyacheslav Boguslaev and Petr Kononenko. Among these assets are “Motor-Bank” and the Vinnytsia Aviation Plant. The former president of JSC “Motor Sich” himself currently remains in custody without the right to bail.
