Hotline for consultations on mobilisation and complaints to the TCC launched in Ukraine

Citizens of Ukraine can contact the hotline to file complaints about the work of the CMC or to receive advice on their rights and obligations during mobilisation.

During the week, the mobilisation hotline received 258 calls, as reported by the Ukrainian Land Forces Command. Most of the issues were resolved immediately over the phone.

The command also operates a contact centre for direct communication between servicemen, military units and the Land Forces Command. This line addresses issues related to the training, supply and support of mobilised personnel.

According to the command, from 28 October to 3 November, experts handled 258 calls, 130 of which concerned various issues not related to the CCC and JV. Two requests were transferred to the National Police, and seven required additional processing.

In addition, the command is working on a digital reform of the military medical commission (MMC), which will allow servicemen to receive medical reports in civilian medical institutions. The documents will be transferred in digital format to the Ministry of Defence’s system for quick administrative decision-making. According to Deputy Minister of Defence Kateryna Chornohorenko, the team is ready to implement the new functionality.
