In Kyiv, a prosecutor’s office employee hit a woman and fled: The Prosecutor General took the case under personal control

In the Holosiiv district of the capital, an employee of the prosecutor’s office ran over a woman in a pedestrian zone, after which he fled the scene. His identity has been established, the man has been detained. About this reported Prosecutor General of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko.

The incident took place on Velyka Vasylkivska street. According to Kravchenko, the driver, having violated the basic norms of law and morality, drove the car in the pedestrian part of the street, where he hit a woman, after which he left the scene of the accident without rendering assistance.

It was established that Andrii Andriyovych Molochnyi, a chief specialist of one of the departments of the prosecutor’s office, was driving. He is not a prosecutor, but works in the prosecutor’s office as a civil servant.

All the necessary medical assistance is provided to the woman who was injured as a result of the collision. The state of her health is being clarified.

Ruslan Kravchenko emphasized that he took the case under personal control and will personally represent the interests of the victim in court. He also emphasized that such actions are unacceptable, especially on the part of employees who have to obey the law not only at work, but also in everyday life.
