“Access to the Register is carried out in a test (restricted) mode. To prevent threats to the life and health of judges and participants in the court process, as well as in case of detection of signs of a cyber threat, access to the Register or individual decisions in it may be limited.”, the announcement says.

Recently, hackers have stepped up attacks on state registers, trying to gain access by breaking into the systems of Ukrainian notaries. Affected computers were found in six regions.  The State Intelligence Service urges the Notary Chamber of Ukraine and CERT-UA to report suspicious activity.
